This is my conversation with Laura Messick, the executive director of Portico. In this episode, Laura talks about how Portico provides guidance, a listening ear, and real help to women and families who are going through an unexpected pregnancy. She talks about the fears women experience, and how they are able to walk beside them during this season. Laura also shares how people who are interested in volunteering at Portico can learn more, and how people not in the Middle Tennessee area can find a similar Christ focused pregnancy center near them.
