This is my conversation with E. Stephen Burnett and Dr. Jared Moore, two of the three co-authors of the book, The Pop Culture Parent: Helping Kids Engage Their World for Christ. In this episode, they define what pop culture is. They talk about how to have conversations with your children about pop culture. They also point out that discernment is needed not to identify the "good stuff" versus the "bad stuff", but instead to identify the God-glorifying stuff versus the idolatrous stuff (there is a difference).
